For such scenarios, we have a separate division which monitors internet and related services, of such clients, on 24/7 basis and in case of any disruption of services, takes pro-active steps of getting the issue resolved from concerned Service Provider.
We have a separate team of IT engineers, to monitor and support this activity. This team is responsible for maintaining the SLA’s, as agreed mutually between Voicecom and Client, and covers resolution of Telco complaints or issues with hardware like Cisco routers. We have a long list of such clients with pan-India presence.
We are also authorized resellers for Cisco and have in-house engineers for installation and support services for Cisco and other routers.
